Rehearsal Rates
All rehearsal sessions at Bakehouse run for 5.5 hours -
Day Session - 11.30am to 5pm
Evening Session - 5.30pm to 11pm
Off-Peak rates include: day sessions from Monday to Friday
Peak rates include: evening sessions from Monday to Friday, both sessions on Weekends
*Solo sessions - if you call up on the day of your rehearsal and we have a room available, you will be eligible for a 5.5 hour $35 solo session! A nice hack for songwriters and soloists.
We also offer early opens of the studio at additional rates (weekdays: $35 per hour between 9am-11am, $70 per hour prior to 9am / weekends: $45 per hour between 9am-11am, $90 per hour prior to 9am). Get in touch if this is ever something you require!
Hire Gear - As you may know from your sessions, we have a range of very affordable backline for hire. If you need a drum kit or a guitar amp for your session, these items start at $18 - and if booked, we will have this in the room, ready to go for your rehearsal. Filming & Photography - The Bakehouse building has a range of beautiful spaces to photograph or film in, and we really enjoy assisting with projects! You can check out some of the projects filmed at Bakehouse on the youtube channel here. Get in touch for more info on our location fees and to discuss your project
Recording - If you're interested in doing some recording at Bakehouse in the Floyd Recording Studio, you're welcome to book our in-house engineer, or bring your own engineer who will need to do an induction with our in-house prior to your recording day.
