Bakehouse Cancellation Policy
Bakehouse Studios require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations of regular bookings and 7 days for any bookings across consecutive days (lockouts). Cancellation within those periods, will incur the full room cost should we not be able to fill the booking. As a goodwill gesture, Bakehouse offer a free make up session at an off-peak time, for any cancellations paid in full on the day.
Those make up sessions are valid for 1 month from the original booking. When booking in your rehearsal, please state that you would like to use your makeup session so we can note that in the booking.
Please note: Due to the large volume of COVID related cancellations, these cancellations will be given an extension for use of the makeup session if required. Please speak to staff to discuss your makeup session timeline.
