The newly refurbished studio room is the tracking room for the Richmond studio and is now available as rehearsal space. It is a tight sounding room and is large enough for 10 to 12 piece bands. During the day the room is flooded with natural light from the west-facing windows.

Many amazing bands love this room, including: Sufjan Stevens, Little Birdy and Jackson Jackson
